TV.com Brings (Some) Full Episodes to Your iPhone - Lifehacker
Fri, Feb 27th, 2009
CBS, Showtime, CW, CNET, and other channels available through TV.com are offering up a smattering of content through your iPhone, streaming free clips and full episodes over Wi-Fi, 3G, or even EDGE connections.
The app is fairly straight-forward in operation—choose a channel, choose a show, then pick a clip. As seen in the screenshots below (click for larger images and descriptions, natch), it's not a bad way to catch up on a series. The geeky among us, however, will probably dig the more robust offerings from CNET's video offerings, including gadget and software reviews.
