Can you help
I want to inlay a American Flag image within letters. How do I do this? I only have paint.net Here is an example from t-shirt site I am working toward.

Your available tools (paint.net) will prevent you from creating this effect easily. Of course, you could always create it pixel by pixel but I am guessing this is not something you want to attempt.
Many complex graphic designs require professional level software to create them.
