Final Cut Pro took home the title of Best Video Editor in last week's Hive Five, beating out Adobe Premiere by a small margin. Following in relatively distant third place was Sony Vegas Pro. It'd be tough to go wrong with any of the top vote grabbers however, all of them have strong and established pedigrees in the world of video editing and movie production. Check out the Hive Five for more information about the finalists and if you're in the market for a more affordable editor make sure to read over the comments on the Call for Contenders to see some more economical editing options.
